Initial Assessment

If you feel your child has Speech and Language difficulties an assessment can be provided. During this assessment we will discuss your child’s development and carry out a detailed assessment of their communication skills. This may be done through play and/or more formal types of assessment.

The length of time an assessment takes depends on the needs of your child, however it will usually last around 60-90 minutes.

Once the assessment is complete, a written report will be provided with findings from the assessment and recommendations of how we can help.
