Meet Kate

Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

Hello! My name is Kate and I am a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist and owner of CommuniKate, an Independent Speech and Language Therapy Service.

I am registered with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT), Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice (ASLTIP).

I work with many different types of Speech, Language and Communication needs on a day to day basis and specialise in working with children who have Social Communication difficulties.

I support many children who have significant Speech Sound Disorders and Developmental Language Disorder (DLD). I have vast experience working within Nurseries, Mainstream Primary Schools, Special Education Needs (SEN) Settings and Children’s Centres.

I have a range of experience in the following Intervention approaches:
